2. Using Our Machines

Allora vending machines dispense water and other products in exchange for payment made via cash, card, mobile wallet, or a prepaid Allora account/card, depending on what is supported at the specific machine. You are responsible for following the on-screen instructions and any posted signage at the machine location.

3. Accounts & Payments

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or wallet.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, PIN, or card.
  • Wallet top-ups and card payments are processed through our payment partners and are subject to their own terms.

4. Product Availability & Pricing

Prices shown on a machine's display or on our website reflect the price at the time of purchase and may vary by machine, location, or promotion. See our Pricing Policy for details on how pricing works.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to tamper with, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to any Allora machine or system, and not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Allora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
